Let's be clear

Malaysia, the fifth stop — not the only one

Asian Road isn't a Malaysian restaurant. It's Southeast Asian street food with no fixed country, borrowing from five cuisines — Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Indonesia, Malaysia — what each does best.

The road ends in Malaysia. It's stop 05: the stop of noodles and of the blend. Nowhere else do noodles meet so many influences — and that's exactly our model: no fixed country, no chapel. One base, one flavour, and whatever works together wins.

What we brought back

What Malaysia left on the road

Not a copied recipe: noodles, and the idea that a cuisine can mix everything. Wheat, rice, glass — fried hard and fast.

  • Noodz

    “Soft, tender noodles.”

    Malaysia
  • Garden Noodz

    “Wok-fried noodles with crunchy vegetables.”

    Malaysia
  • Glass Noodz

    “Fine, translucent rice vermicelli.”

From the wok

Noodles, and the blend that comes with them

A bit of buzz outside, the kitchen in sight, the flame of the wok — and a box served in three minutes: the spirit of Southeast Asia's night markets, Aix edition.

    You pick your noodles

Noodz, Garden Noodz or Glass Noodz as your base, then one flavour out of five: your box is built, no booking needed.

  2. A cook tossing noodles in a wok over a high flame

    Fried hard and fast

Over a high flame, right in front of you: the noodles go through the wok with their flavour. That's what gives the box its taste of fire.

    The box leaves with you

About three minutes, and your noodles are ready: eat them in, or slip them into your bag for the office or home.
