The concept · in the kitchen
At Asian Road, the kitchen isn't hidden behind a door: it's right there, facing the counter. The flavours hit the wok as you order, and your box arrives in three minutes.
Open kitchen
In Southeast Asia's night markets, you always see the kitchen: the flame, the steam, the moves. Asian Road brings that spirit to the heart of Aix — you walk in, you see the mama behind the kitchen, you order, and it's already there.
Street food with no fixed country, inspired by Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Indonesia and Malaysia, prepared right in the room, at 9 rue Laurent Fauchier.

The craft
Dishes set by the kitchen, and total freedom in the pairing: one base, one flavour, brought together in your box.
From fire to box
Fast doesn't mean ready-made. The spirit of a street stall: a bit of buzz outside, the flame in sight, and a box that shows up before you've had time to wait.

One base, one flavour, readable at a glance on the menu. Point to your pairing, and the kitchen gets going straight away.

The base and the flavour, fresh out of the wok, meet in the same box — steaming, ready to eat.

Only a few seats: Asian Road is built for express service. Eat your box at the counter or take it away in a kraft bag.

The homemade spirit
You order express, and it's already there.
That's the picture Asian Road was born from: a kitchen you can see, a figure behind the wok, and the immediacy of the night markets. No tablecloths, no booking — real street cooking.
Meat-free? The Veggie'Yummy flavour, made with tofu, and the veggie nems from the Crispy Road. For kids, My Little Road follows the same idea, simplified.
