Sticky rice is the glutinous rice of Southeast Asian tables: a grain that holds together, rolls between your fingers and goes with the whole meal. In Laos, that's how it's eaten, by hand, from morning to night.

At Asian Road, it closes the menu. After the bases, the wok-cooked flavours and the Crispy Road, it's what you find on the Sweet Road — the last stop of the journey, right in the centre of Aix-en-Provence.
